Ice Skating in Vail

There are numerous ice rinks scattered throughout the valley for you to choose from. The main attraction in Beaver Creek village is the ice rink, where you can skate for a fee of $5 if you bring your own skates.

Alternatively, you can rent skates on-site for $15, which includes entrance to the rink. In Vail Village, the ice rink in front of Solaris is a popular spot for skating enthusiasts. Another option is the ice rink in Lionshead.

For those looking to skate indoors, Dobson Ice Arena is a great choice when the Vail Yeti hockey team is not practicing. Additionally, when Nottingham Lake in Avon freezes over, visitors can enjoy skating there as well. Admission to the lake is free and rentals cost $8.

For a comfortable stay during your ice skating adventures, consider booking Vail's View House from Alpine Co-Hosts.
